Group Exercise

Classes are open to all exercise levels, with alternative movements offered for different levels to maximize your personal workout. Our instructors are also happy to give additional guidance to beginners, just introduce yourself before class!

 

Youth ages 10-11 can take adult group exercise classes when accompanied by an adult, as long as they can participate appropriately and without disruption of the class. Youth 12 and older may take group exercise classes without being accompanied by an adult.
