Personal Training

Even if you’re already an active person with a regular workout routine, personal training is a terrific way to jumpstart and upgrade your level of fitness! You can work with a trainer on your own, or do it with up to two of your friends.

 

Personal training will help you to identify more effective and more appropriate exercises for your body type and heath status. A personal trainer will develop a specific program for you, according to your personal needs, goals and limitations, as well as provide encouragement, motivation and accountability.

 

Personal training can provide:

  • Weight loss/management
  • Increased strength, endurance and flexibility
  • Post-rehabilitation conditioning
  • Disease management and prevention
  • Off-season training
  • Pre-event conditioning

Sessions start at $35 for an hour. Packages are available for individuals and groups.
